SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Camden Northwest London

Type: Full-time (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing educational support to students with special educational needs. Day-to-day of the role:

Assist in the educational and social development of students. Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities. Assist class teachers with maintaining student records. Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills.

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role. Understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach.
