As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with special educational needs.

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons.

• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

• Help pupils develop social, emotional, and academic skills.

• Work collaboratively with the wider school team to uphold the school''s high standards.

To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will need:

• An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.

• The right to work in the UK.

• Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.

• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
