About the Role:-

• Support children with complex special educational needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and developmental delay-

• Work as part of a collaborative and experienced SEN support team-

• Provide 1:1 and small group support, both in the classroom and during structured learning activities-

• Encourage and facilitate independence, emotional regulation, and social development-

• Follow behaviour support plans and assist with personal care routines when required-

• Liaise with therapists, SEN professionals, and families to ensure consistent and holistic support-

The Ideal Candidate Will:-

• Have substantial experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or specialist setting-

• Be confident supporting non-verbal or minimally verbal pupils-

• Be proactive, patient, and adaptable in a busy and dynamic environment-

• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team-

• Be committed to safeguarding and inclusive education-
