Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - EYFS Support
Location: Kingston- upon-Thames
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Salary: -20,085 22,085 per annum
Horizon Teachers are seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide one-to-one and small group support for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies outlined in EHCPs
- Provide dedicated support to EYFS pupils with a range of special educational needs, including communication, sensory or developmental challenges
- Assist in creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and independence
- Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to staff and parents as required
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and staff to support each pupil''s well-being and development.
- Attend relevant training and contribute to team meetings to ensure best practice in SEN support
