Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

A specialist PRU setting for secondary-aged boys with SEMH and other SEND. The school offers a supportive, well-structured environment tailored to individual student needs.

About the role:
The role involves working one-to-one and in small groups with students to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing. You''ll assist in managing behaviour and encouraging positive engagement in learning.

We''re looking for a dedicated candidate to:

• Provide tailored support to students with additional needs
• Foster a safe and engaging learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and external professionals
• Promote emotional regulation and resilience

Requirements - The ideal candidate would have:

• At least 1 year of SEN support experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• Enhanced child & adult DBS on the Update Service
• Two recent references covering the last 2 years
