SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted!

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who need additional support to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN
- Assist the class teacher in creating inclusive learning environments
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies
- Encourage and support students to develop confidence, independence, and self-esteem
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to meet students'' needs
We''re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH)
- Is patient, nurturing, and flexible in their approach
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, students, and families
- Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
