We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our amazing primary schools in the Chester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

What you''ll do:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and encourage independence.
• Support pupils in developing communication, social, and emotional skills.
• Work closely with the class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised support plans.
• Promote inclusion and ensure every child has access to a positive learning experience.

What you''ll bring:

• Patience, empathy, and resilience.
• A positive and nurturing approach to supporting children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team but also show initiative.
• Ideally has experience working with children with SEN (though training will be provided).
