In this role of SEN Teaching Assistant, you''ll:

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Help deliver personalised routines, therapies, and learning
• Create a calm, safe, and positive classroom experience
• Assist with personal care and mobility needs
• Work as part of a multi-skilled, supportive team

• Comfortable following guidance and thinking on your feet
• Eager to build trusted, respectful relationships
• Interested in SEN, education, or child development (experience welcomed but not required-we''ll train you)
