In this full-time role, you will provide focused 1:1 support to a capable student with autism and a hearing impairment, helping them to succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 support to a student with additional needs, focusing on engagement and understanding across key subjects

• Use adaptive strategies to support the student''s specific requirements related to autism and hearing impairment

• Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals to monitor and support progress against EHCP targets

• Promote an inclusive learning space that supports the student''s academic and social development

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience supporting young people with autism and/or hearing impairments as a SEN Teaching Assistant

• Familiarity with secondary curriculum and strategies for supporting diverse learning needs

• Committed, resilient, and able to build strong working relationships with students and staff

• Able to travel to and from Solihull for a full-time role starting in September
