We''re seeking an enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in a warm and inclusive school setting in Hillingdon.

About the Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
• Work closely with class teachers and therapists to implement tailored learning plans
• Foster a positive and safe environment where all learners can thrive
• Assist with day-to-day classroom tasks and behavior support

What We’re Looking For:

• No experience required – just a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in SEN
• Previous experience with children or young people is an advantage
• Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and take direction as part of a dedicated team
