• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs
• Assist in implementing personalised learning plans
• Support pupils'' social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Work closely with teachers and therapy teams to promote a positive learning environment
• Help prepare classroom resources and support assessment activities
