We are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Weymouth, working with pupils who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting ASAP, ideal for someone with experience or a strong interest in supporting children with high-level needs.

• Provide tailored support to pupils with PMLD, ensuring their safety, comfort, and engagement.
• Assist with personal care and mobility needs, following individual care plans.
• Support learning through sensory activities and communication aids.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver holistic care and education.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

• Experience working with children or young people with PMLD or complex needs (preferred).
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and physical support.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
