• Deliver dedicated 1:1 support tailored to the student''s individual learning and communication needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals to help meet EHCP targets
• Promote inclusion, independence, and confidence in both academic and social setting

We''re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience supporting SEN students as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Understands the challenges and rewards of working within a secondary SEN setting
• Is patient, empathetic, and confident in adapting to individual learning styles
• Can reliably commute to South East London and can start ASAP
