Student-focused Responsibilities includes:
Provide assigned support to pupil(s), developing a full understanding of each EHCP tailored to support the learning of individuals.
Monitor and understand triggers, aiding pupils to navigate them to ensure positive academic and emotional development.
Facilitate learning and attention in a classroom with, working alongside departmental leads and experienced support staff.
