Daily Rate: -95 - -115 (dependent on experience)

Remedy Recruitment is currently seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Lambeth. The school caters for students aged 11-16 with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.

You will be working closely with class teachers and therapists to provide tailored support to students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning and manage their emotional and behavioural needs.

• Support pupils with special educational needs in the classroom

• Help implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans

• Promote emotional wellbeing, engagement, and independence

• Work collaboratively with the wider support team

• Previous SEN experience in a school or care setting

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

• A calm, patient and empathetic approach
