We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with significant and complex learning needs in a South Liverpool school.

About the Role:
You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and nursery manager to:

Provide tailored support to a child with complex SEN, including communication, sensory, and emotional needs.
Implement individual learning plans and therapeutic strategies.
Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Support the child''s social and emotional development throughout the school day.
Assist with personal care and mobility needs, where required.

We''re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children with complex SEN (e.g.,non-verbal, personal care, sensory)
Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
Can work collaboratively with staff, families, and specialists.
Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
