Pay: -95115 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Flexible, daily supply

We''re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a range of schools in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity for adaptable and motivated individuals looking to work flexibly while supporting pupils with special educational needs in diverse and welcoming school environments.

The Role:

• Provide classroom and 1:1 support for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and mild to moderate learning difficulties.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet pupils'' individual needs.

• Help maintain a calm, positive and supportive learning environment.

• Build strong relationships with students and staff, promoting confidence and engagement.

• Adapt quickly to new settings and routines as part of daily supply work.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting is highly desirable.

• A caring, proactive and flexible approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliability and confidence when working across different schools.
