Pay: -89.00 - -100.00 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? A friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Didcot is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with additional needs
- Support learning activities, behaviour management, and social skills development
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The ideal candidate will:
- Be patient, caring, and proactive
- Have a genuine passion for helping children succeed
- (Desirable) Previous SEN experience - however, full training will be provided
