We are seeking individuals who can provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential both academically and socially.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs.Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Support students with learning, communication, behavioural, emotional, and social development needs.Help create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, carers, and specialist professionals.Encourage student independence, confidence, and participation in school activities.Essential Skills and AttributesSuccessful candidates will demonstrate:Patience, empathy, and understanding.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people.Flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities.Understanding of child development and ..... full job details .....
