Working closely with specialist staff, you ll help deliver personalised interventions that build confidence, encourage positive behaviour, and promote social, emotional, and academic development. What You ll Do Lead bespoke one-to-one and small group interventions tailored to individual needs, guided by the SEND Information Report.Support children with a range of SEN, including Autism, helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.Assist teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists.Help coordinate activities such as residential visits, theatre trips, and music lessons that broaden pupils horizons and experiences.Build positive relationships with families, external agencies, and school leaders committed to your ..... full job details .....
