This one is about  impact .  We’re working with a  primary school in Stockport  looking for an  SEN Teaching Assistant  who can support pupils that need a bit more guidance, structure and encouragement to thrive.   What This Role Looks Like  You’ll be supporting children with  additional needs  – this could be  ASD, SEMH, ADHD or speech and communication needs .  Your day might involve:   Working  1:1 with a pupil  who needs extra support  Helping children manage emotions and stay engaged  Breaking down learning so it’s accessible and achievable  Being a  consistent, positive role model   Supporting the class teacher and SENCO    What Kind of Person Does Well Here?
