Nurturing SEN Teaching AssistantSHEFFIELD 95- 120 PER DAYSpecialist SEN School Very High Needs Full-Time and Flexible OpportunitiesTradewind Recruitment are currently seeking nurturing and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils within a specialist SEN school in Sheffield.This is a very high-needs setting, supporting pupils with complex additional needs who require a high level of care, patience, consistency and individualised support.The RoleProvide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with complex needs.Support pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional needs.Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.Support emotional regulation, wellbeing and positive behaviour.Assist with learning, communication and personal development.Work closely with teachers and the wider school team.About YouExperience supporting children or young people with SEN or complex needs.A genuinely nurturing, patient and empathetic approach.Confident working in a very high-needs environment.Able to remain calm and consistent when supporting challenging behaviour.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Previous experience in a specialist SEN setting is desirable.Pay 95- 120 per day, with the opportunity to earn towards the higher end of the scale depending on your experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.Please note that the daily rate can also vary depending on the individual school''s available budget for each position.How to ApplyInterested in joining ..... full job details .....
