This is a very high-needs setting , supporting pupils with complex additional needs who require a high level of care, patience, consistency and individualised support . The Role Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with complex needs. Support pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional needs . Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
