We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team and make a meaningful difference to the lives of students with Special Educational Needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, dyslexia, and moderate learning difficulties.Assist in delivering tailored learning activities that meet individual education plans and support student progress.Encourage students to engage positively with lessons and participate fully in school life.Support students'' emotional, social, and behavioural development through consistent and nurturing approaches.Work alongside teaching staff to adapt learning resources and classroom activities to meet individual needs.Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.Monitor and record student progress, sharing observations with ..... full job details .....
