SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Coventry.This role involves working closely with pupils with additional needs, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them access learning and reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SENSupport learning across the classroom and adapted activitiesAssist with EHCP targets and individual learning plansHelp manage behaviour and emotional regulation needsWork closely with the class teacher and SENCOPromote a positive, inclusive learning environmentCandidate RequirementsExperience working with children with SEN (school-based or similar setting)Calm, patient and nurturing approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of autism, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties (desirable)Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred but not essentialBenefitsSupportive and inclusive school environmentOpportunity to make a real impact on pupil ..... full job details .....
