Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Autism and additional needsAssist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each studentHelp create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentWork closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parentsSupport pupils'' social development, confidence, and independenceRequirementsRelevant experience or qualifications supporting children with Autism/SENA patient, caring, and empathetic approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to inclusive educationUnderstanding of safeguarding policies and ..... full job details .....
