Pay: -425525 per week (paid weekly)

We are working with a range of supportive and inclusive mainstream/SEN schools across Islington, looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join from September.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Autism and additional needs
• Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents
• Support pupils'' social development, confidence, and independence

Requirements

• Relevant experience or qualifications supporting children with Autism/SEN
• A patient, caring, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to inclusive education
• Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
