We are looking to appoint a positive, motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Secondary SEN School in Islington, supporting students with Moderate Learning Needs (MLN).

About the Role

• Supporting students across the secondary age range with their learning, behaviour and emotional development
• Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Helping students develop confidence, independence and life skills
• Creating a safe, encouraging and structured learning environment

About You

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (particularly MLD) is highly desirable
• A positive attitude, patience and a sense of humour are essential
• Calm, resilient and caring, with a genuine passion for SEN education
• Able to work effectively as part of a supportive team
• Committed to helping every child reach their full potential
