      <description>Location: Tulse Hill | Salary: &amp;pound;108/day | Type: Contract | SEN Teaching Assistant - Autism Provision (Year 2/3)   Location: Tulse Hill, Lambeth    Start Date: ASAP   We are seeking a proactive and experienced  SEN Teaching Assistant  to support pupils within a specialist Autism Provision in a primary setting.  This role will involve working with children in  Year 2/3 , providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop social and communication skills, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.  The Role  Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional needs.  Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions.  Implement personalised learning and behaviour strategies.  Promote independence, engagement, and emotional regulation.  Work closely with teaching staff and SEND professionals to support pupil progress.  Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.  Requirements  Previous experience supporting children with autism and high-needs SEN.  Strong behaviour management skills.
