We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their support team starting ASAP through to July 2027.In this role, you will be working with children and young people who present with a diverse range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will assist in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that encourages students to build confidence and independence.Key Responsibilities1-to-1 and Small Group Support: Assist pupils individually or in small groups with daily learning tasks, therapies, and tailored activities.Specialist Needs Support: Help cater to students with Autism, PMLD, and SEMH, ensuring personal care, communication, and emotional wellbeing needs are met.Progress Tracking: Help implement Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets and monitor individual student progression.Positive Reinforcement: Promote positive behaviour and manage emotional regulation using proactive, supportive strategies.Candidate ..... full job details .....
