Academics are working with specialist schools and alternative provisions across East Sussex and Brighton, and we''re looking for Teaching Assistants who can provide  calm, consistent and nurturing support  to pupils who may have struggled within mainstream education.  These roles can be incredibly rewarding for candidates who enjoy building relationships and helping young people develop the confidence and skills to re-engage with education.
