SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School (B30, Birmingham)Aspire People is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive primary school in the B30 area of Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in a nurturing learning environment. The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support. Help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. Provide 1:1 and small group interventions. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to help them achieve their full potential.UK school-based experience is essential for this role, ideally within an SEN or TA capacity.
