We are now looking for compassionate, patient, and proactive Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to join a dynamic team. Assist with the delivery of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, tailoring approaches to their specific needs. Help students develop essential social and communication skills, encouraging independence and self-esteem.
