The school supports pupils with autism and associated speech, language and communication needs and provides a structured, supportive environment where pupils are supported to work towards GCSEs and positive post-16 outcomes.This role will involve supporting pupils across multiple year groups, working within small classes of up to 10 pupils.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils to access a bespoke secondary curriculum.
