We are currently seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be motivated individuals with a genuine passion for supporting children with complex learning difficulties.Key Responsibilities: Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis in class, helping them to access the curriculum and develop key skills. Assist in implementing tailored learning programs and strategies to meet the individual needs of students. Provide emotional and behavioural support, helping students to manage their anxieties and challenges. Foster a positive and inclusive environment where students feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.
