This role would suit someone who enjoys helping children learn, grow and overcome challenges. Previous experience within a school is beneficial, but it is not essential. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience working with children through other settings. Your background could include sports coaching, music, children''s clubs, childcare, youth work, activity groups or any other environment where you have supported and engaged with children.
