The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and care to our students, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the delivery of individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs. Support pupils'' social, emotional, and physical development within the classroom and during activities. Help prepare teaching materials and resources. Supervise and assist students during lessons, breaks, and outings. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to meet students'' needs. Promote a safe and positive environment for all students.Person Specification: Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required. Commitment to promoting inclusivity and positive behaviour.
