If so, Aspire People would love to hear from you.We are working with welcoming and inclusive schools in Bury who are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small group settings.The Role:-Support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties-Provide one-to-one and small group interventions-Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons-Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing-Help pupils build confidence, independence and social skills-Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support progressThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:-Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or care setting-A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach-Strong communication and behaviour management skills-Relevant TA qualifications (desirable but not essential)-Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain oneWhy Join Aspire People?-Competitive daily pay rates-Dedicated consultant ..... full job details .....
