SEN Teaching Assistant SEN School Location: Horley Pay: £115 per dayStart: ASAPFull-time (Monday Friday) We are working closely with a fantastic SEN school that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, and they are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a highly rewarding role where you will be making a real, day-to-day impact.The Role: Supporting students with complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and communication difficulties Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting with personalised learning plans and sensory-based activities Supporting behaviour using a calm, consistent approach Helping students develop life skills, independence, and confidence The Ideal Candidate: Experience working within an SEN school or similar setting (education, care, youth work) Comfortable supporting children with complex needs and behaviours Patient, resilient, and proactive A genuine passion for working in SEN Team player with strong communication skills What We Offer: Competitive daily pay Long-term opportunity with potential to go permanent Supportive and experienced school team Ongoing guidance from a dedicated consultant Opportunity to gain valuable SEN experience ..... full job details .....
