      <description>Location: Camden Town | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Contract | SEN Teaching Assistant - ARP Room Lead    -120 per day | Full-Time | September Start | 8:30am - 4:00pm   SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a highly regarded and inclusive primary school in Camden seeking an experienced  SEN Teaching Assistant  to take on a  Room Lead  position within their Additional Resource Provision (ARP) from September.  This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive SEN professional who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment.   The Role    Lead and support the day-to-day running of the ARP classroom.  Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals.  Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism and communication difficulties.  Deliver targeted interventions and structured learning activities.  Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.  Monitor pupil progress and contribute to reviews, assessments, and planning.
