The Role:As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Support pupils with a range of special educational needs in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings.Work 1:1 or in small groups to deliver personalised support and interventions.Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual learning needs.Help pupils regulate their emotions and behaviour in a nurturing way.Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to provide high-quality support.Assist with daily routines, transitions, and maintaining a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
