SEN Teaching Assistants - Full-Time Role Starting ASAPLocation: Medway, Kent Salary: 85- 95 per day, dependent on experience Additional Benefits: Free CPD and support from an experienced SEN ConsultantWe are currently seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team. If you have experience supporting students with additional needs, whether in special needs settings or through personal experience, we want to hear from you. Key personal qualities such as compassion, empathy, and resilience are essential for this role.Role Overview:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students on a 1:1 or small group basis under the guidance of the Class Teacher. You will work closely with other SEN Teaching Assistants, so strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Classes will be small, with around 6-10 children, and the focus will be on life skills as well as targeted academic content.
