The Headteacher is ready to interview and appoint an experienced teaching assistant with ideally at least six months experience working with children with SEN to work with one of their children in Year 2 with complex needs.Full training will be provided to work with child, but previous experience working with children with SEMH and de-escalation techniques would be advantageous. The child is currently working steadily with their current TA who is leaving for further training. He is friendly and articulate and can work to a high standard.
