The pupils have Learning Difficulties, including Autism and complex needs. It is a very nice environment to work in and the pupils really love their school. The school is very welcoming with friendly staff able to help and supprt new staff who want to gain experience or start a new career within the Education and training sector. They are keen to take on someone with the right personality and passion for the job, experience is not essential. They need someone committed to the role full-time, Monday to Friday and for the right person this role would continue until July 2027, possibly longer.
