Do you have experience supporting children and young people with additional needs and a genuine desire to help pupils reach their full potential?Academics are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join supportive and inclusive schools across Ealing, working with pupils who may have a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties and complex learning needs. The RoleProvide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needsWork closely with class teachers and the wider SEN teamSupport pupils with their academic, social and emotional developmentAssist with interventions and differentiated learning activitiesHelp create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environmentSupport pupils in developing confidence, independence and communication skillsFull-time opportunities available, with immediate and September starts The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirableExperience with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs is advantageousA patient, resilient and nurturing approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for supporting children to succeedTeaching Assistant, Psychology, Education, Health and Social Care or related qualifications are beneficialGraduates with relevant experience are also encouraged ..... full job details .....
