      <description>Location: Ashford | Salary: &amp;pound;92 - &amp;pound;95/day PAYE, Weekly Pay, CPD, Pension | Type: Contract | SEN Teaching Assistant - Ashford    September Start | Temp to Permanent Opportunity   Academics are currently working with a welcoming Primary School in Ashford who are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic  SEN Teaching Assistant  to join their dedicated SEN team from September.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and wants to make a real difference to their learning, confidence and development. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to be  permanently hired by the school  following a successful period.  The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including  ASC, SLCN and SEMH , providing tailored support on both a  1:1 and small group intervention basis . You will play a key role in helping children access the curriculum, develop independence and build positive relationships within the school environment.
