Salary/Pay: -93105 per day (dependent on experience)

Academics are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who has a strong background in the classroom and with children with additional needs.

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN (such as Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, or SEMH) is wonderful, though transferable skills from care or support work are also very welcome.

• A warm, resilient, and empathetic approach with a genuine passion for inclusive education.

• A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures within an educational setting.

• Supporting the teacher and assisting in delivering tailored education to students.

• Building positive relationships with students and learning to understand their needs in either 1:1 or small-group classes.

• Flexibility - Choose the days that suits you, and hours that suit you with our daily, short-term and long-term contracts.
