SEN Teaching Assistant

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.The Role:Support pupils with a range of SEN and additional needs.Provide one-to-one and classroom-based support.Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.Assist with learning and social development.Work alongside teachers and the SENCO to support individual needs.About You:We are looking for someone who is caring, patient and enthusiastic about working with children.
