      <description>Location: Folkestone | Salary: &amp;pound;93 - &amp;pound;95/day PAYE, Weekly Pay, CPD, Pension | Type: Permanent | SEN Teaching Assistant    Academics are working with a variety of specialist and SEN settings, offering opportunities to support pupils with a wide range of needs, including  ASC, SEMH, ADHD, communication and interaction needs and complex learning difficulties . Whether you already have SEN experience or are looking to take your first step into specialist education, we want to hear from you.  As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to help pupils engage with their learning and develop both academically and personally. Depending on the setting, you could be working  1:1 with individual pupils, supporting small groups or assisting within the classroom alongside the class teacher .  The successful candidate will be someone who is  understanding, reliable and patient , with the ability to remain calm and supportive when faced with challenging situations.
