      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: &amp;pound;90 - &amp;pound;100/day | Type: Permanent | A Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in Oxford are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and make a difference in the lives of pupils with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. This is more than a job; this is an opportunity to inspire and empower young minds, while gaining valuable experience working in a school setting.  As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing the students on their educational journeys. You will help inspire and motivate the pupils to learn, whilst also building their self-esteem, independence and social skills, to help provide them with the foundation to thrive after they leave school.   All the pupils in this school have additional learning needs - this includes autism, learning difficulties, speech and communication challenges and physical disabilities. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will vary, from providing 1:1 support during class activities to assisting with behaviour, and helping with lunch duty.
